• Lithium X Energy Corp. schließt Bought Deal für 15 Mio. CAD

  Lithium X Energy meldete gestern den erfolgreichen Abschluss einer Bought-Deal-Finanzierung. Insgesamt wurden den Angaben zufolge 7.900.000 Stammaktien des Unternehmens zum Preis von 1,90 CAD je Stammaktie verkauft. Der Bruttoerlös belief sich demnach auf insgesamt 15.010.000 CAD. Verkauft wurden die Aktien durch ein Syndikat von Vermittlern unter der Leitung von Canaccord Genuity Corp. und GMP Securities L.P.
