• Touchstone Gold Ltd. und Atlantis Gold Mines Corp. schließen Fusion ab

  Touchstone Gold und Atlantis Gold Mines gaben gestern bekannt, dass am 10. September der zuvor angekündigte Unternehmenszusammenschluss erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Gemäß Vereinbarung hat Touchstone alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien von Atlantis erworben.
