  Yellowhead Mining Inc. und Taseko Mines Ltd. gaben gestern bekannt, dass sie eine gemeinsame Vereinbarung unterzeichnet haben. In deren Rahmen wird Taseko alle ausstehenden und ausgegebenen Aktien von Yellowhead erwerben. Dabei werden 1,1484 Stammaktien von Taseko für jede Yellowhead-Aktie ausgegeben werden. Diese Aktien repräsentieren insgesamt Yellowheads Wert von etwa 15,1 Millionen Dollar.
