• AuRico Metals schließt Übernahme von Kiska Metals ab

  AuRico gab gestern bekannt, dass die im Dezember gemeldete Übernahme von Kiska Metals Corp. erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Demnach hat AuRico alle ausstehenden und ausgegebenen Aktien von Kiska erworben. Kiska ist damit nun ein zu 100% eigenes Tochterunternehmen von AuRico. Die Anteilseigner von Kiska erhielten im Rahmen der Transaktion etwa 0,0667 AuRico-Aktien sowie 0,016 C$ in bar für jede Kiska-Aktie.

• Brazil Resources erwirbt Gold-Kupfer-Projekt Whistler

  Brazil Resources Inc. gab gestern bekannt, dass das Unternehmen eine endgültige Vereinbarung mit Kiska Metals Corp. über den Kauf des Gold-Kupfer-Projekts Whistler im Süden von Alaska getroffen hat.
