• Western Mining Group kauft Inter-Citic Minerals

  Inter-Citic Minerals Inc. gab heute bekannt, dass man eine bindende Vereinbarung mit Western Mining Group Co., Ltd. eingegangen ist, wonach Western Mining alle ausstehenden Stammaktien von Inter-Citic kaufen wird. Die Aktionäre von Inter-Citic erhalten pro Aktie 2,05 CAD in bar. Damit wird das Unternehmen mit circa 250 Mio. CAD bewertet.
