  First Mining Finance Corp. und Goldrush Resources Ltd. meldeten soeben eine bindende Vereinbarung, wonach First Mining alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien von Goldrush erwerben wird. Nach Abschluss der Transaktion wäre Goldrush damit ein zu 100% eigenes Tochterunternehmen von First Mining. Die Aktionäre von Goldrush erhalten gemäß Vereinbarung pro Goldrush-Aktie 0,0714 einer Stammaktie von First Mining.
