TORONTO, Feb. 28, 2013 - Gladstone Pacific Nickel Limited announces that as a result of a regulatory continuous disclosure review by the Ontario Securities Commission, the Annual Financial Statements for the 12 months ended 30 June 2012 filed on 2 November 2012 do not comply with National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations. ('NI51-102") placing the company in default of its continuous disclosure requirements under Ontario Securities law. The refiled statements will include a number of additional disclosures and an amended audit statement.Other than including these disclosures no changes will be made to the financial statements. The documents will be refiled by 10 March 2013.
