West Red Lake Gold Appoints Thomas W. Meredith as Chairman
Tom Meredith has over 25 years experience in junior resource company development and he recently served as President and CEO of Lexam VG Gold where he oversaw the successful exploration and development of four advanced stage gold projects in Timmins, Ontario Canada.
Mr. Meredith stated: "The Company's West Red Lake property package contains three former producing gold mines and is very attractively located. There appears to be a great opportunity to develop significant value from the outstanding exploration potential held by West Red Lake Gold Mines. I look forward to working with the management team in building value for the Company and its shareholders".
West Red Lake Gold Mines Inc. has accepted the resignation of Mr. Dan Farrell as a Director of the company. The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Farrell for his service on the board and his contribution to the Company.
