The independent technical report, entitled "Independent Technical Report for the Main Zone of the Long Lake Volcanic Massive Sulphide Project, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada" (the "Technical Report"), dated April 16, 2012, with an effective date of March 13, 2012, was prepared for Messina by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. and authored by G. David Keller, P.Geo., and S. Bernier, P.Geo., each a Qualified Person as defined by, and independent of Messina for the purposes of, NI 43-101 requirements.
