El Nino Ventures Inc. Proceeds with Private Placement
VANCOUVER, Nov. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - El Nino Ventures Inc. ("ELN" and the "Company") (TSX.V: ELN; OTCQX: ELNOF Frankfurt: E7QN) announces that the Company will proceed with the second tranche of its non-brokered flow-through and non flow-through private placement for up to a combined 33,333,333 units for total gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000. The Company closed the first tranche of the private placement on October 2, 2012 for gross proceeds of $1,351,452. The terms of the private placement as announced September 7, 2012 remain unchanged.
The private placement terms and any finder's fees payable are subject to regulatory approval. The proceeds of this private placement will be used to fund the Murray Brook polymetallic project in Bathurst, New Brunswick and for general working capital.
