VANCOUVER, Aug. 28, 2012 - BCM Resources Corporation (TSX VENTURE:B), the "Company". Further to the Company news release issued August 28, 2012, the Company reports that certain directors of BCM Resources Corporation have arranged a sale of common shares of the Company through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange dated August 28, 2012.
