Crazy Horse Resources Announces Change in Board and Management
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/25/12 -- Crazy Horse Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CZH) (the "Company") announces that it has placed its Taysan Copper-Gold Project on a care and maintenance basis in order to minimize expenses while it continues to pursue a trade sale or joint venture. With the Company in a non-operational and cash conservation mode, Mr. Brian Lueck has agreed to resign as Chief Operating Officer and a director in order to pursue other ventures. As a founder and substantial shareholder of the Company Mr. Lueck will continue to support the Company.
Mr. Lueck is replaced as a director by Mr. Roderick R.C. Salazar III. Mr. Salazar is the Company's external legal counsel in the Philippines and a recognized legal expert in the areas of mining and minerals resources. Mr. Salazar is Co-Managing Partner of the law firm of Fortun Narvasa Salazar and a director and/or officer of a number of resource companies with operations in the Philippines.
The appointment of Mr. Salazar is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
