THUNDER BAY, ON, Aug. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Benton Resources Inc. (TSXV: BEX) (the "Company") announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted 8,050,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company.
