VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/25/12 -- Sniper Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: SIP) (the "Company") announces the grant of 680,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company at an exercise price of $0.11 per share expiring five years from the date of grant, subject to the terms of the Company's stock option plan.
