Tosca Mining Corporation appoints Andrea Boltz as Director of Communications and Investor Relations

Tosca Mining Corporation (TSQ.V; US: TSMNF; FSE: TQ4) announces the appointment of Andrea Boltz as Director of Communications and Investor Relations, effective May 23, 2012. Ms. Boltz will be responsible for implementing communications programs with Tosca′s stakeholders, membersof the investment community and other industry professionals in order to gain greater exposure for the Company. She will be working closely with Management to further develop Tosca′s retail and institutional markets.Ms. Boltz has 20 years of extensive international mining company experience representing numerous groups in both the public and privatesectors; most recently as Manager of Investor Relations at Crystallex International Corporation since 1997.
