Lydian International Limited Announces Exercise of Over-Allotment Option
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire - March 15, 2012) - Lydian International Limited (TSX:LYD) ("Lydian" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has completed the issuance of an additional 2,343,750 ordinary shares at a purchase price of $2.56 per ordinary share for additional gross proceeds of $6,000,000, pursuant to the exercise in full of an over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in connection with the Company's previously announced bought deal financing with GMP Securities L.P. and Scotiabank.
The Company intends to use the additional net proceeds from the over-allotment exercise for ongoing operating and working capital requirements and other general corporate purposes.
