High River Gold Mines Ltd. Announces Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/05/12 -- High River Gold Mines Ltd. ('High River' or the 'Company') (TSX: HRG) announces the resignation of Konstantin Sobolevskiy as a Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective March 5, 2012. The Company's Board of Directors will be meeting to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Sobolevskiy for his service.
