Holt Mine resumes normal operations
TORONTO, Feb. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (T-SAS), ('SAS' or the 'Company') advises that repair work to the Holt Mine shaft has been completed and normal operations have resumed as of Saturday, February, 25, 2012, at 7:00am EDT.
As announced on Tuesday, February, 21, 2012, a shaft incident at the Holt Mine caused damage to the shaft structure. As a result, operations were suspended in order to carry out the necessary repairs. The crews completed the shaft repair work and production activities recommenced on Saturday, February 25, 2012.
