Eagle Hill Begins Trading on OTCQX-International
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/15/12 -- Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE: EAG)(OTCQX: EHECF) ('Eagle Hill' or the 'Company') announces that it has begun trading on the OTCQX-International (the 'OTCQX') under the symbol 'EHECF.' The OTCQX is the highest tier of the OTC Markets group and the Company is pleased to increase accessibility for US investors. The listing was sponsored and facilitated by Casimir Capital L.P. of New York who will act as the Company's principal American liaison.
Eagle Hill began trading today and investors can find current financial disclosures and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for the Company on www.otcmarkets.com.

In addition to the OTCQX listing, the Company also announces that it has entered into a purchase agreement to purchase a group of mineral claims located near the Bartouille Township of Quebec (the 'Purchase Agreement'). In exchange for a one hundred percent ownership of the group of claims, subject to a two percent net smelter royalty, the Company will issue 300,000 common shares and a cash payment of $60,000 to the vendors.
In other business, Eagle Hill also announces that it wishes to issue incentive stock options to various directors, officers and consultants for the Company, in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Incentive Plan. The Company is proposing to issue 1,645,000 stock options at exercise price of $0.165 per common share, exercisable for a period of five (5) years (the 'Options').
The Purchase Agreement and the Options are still subject to all necessary regulatory approvals.
