VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/27/12 -- Rusoro Mining Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: RML) ('Rusoro' or 'the Company') has granted incentive options under its Stock Option Plan to certain directors, officers and employees for the purchase of a total of 11,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company.
