In his current role as COO at Kingsdale Shareholder Services Inc., Mr. Lalani oversees the execution of client engagements and manages internal operations. Prior to joining Kingsdale, Riyaz was employed by an international asset manager and worked in a variety of analytical, business development and operational roles, eventually heading up the overall research and operations efforts. Mr. Lalani also has experience within Canadian bank-owned investment dealers and is director of TSX-V listed TriNorth Capital.
