Pershimco Resources Adds Claim Package in the Province of Quebec

ROUYN-NORANDA, 01/23/12 -- Pershimco Resources Inc. (the 'Company' or 'Pershimco') (TSX VENTURE: PRO) (FRANKFURT: BIZ) is pleased to announce the signature of an agreement with an arm's length party (the 'Vendor') to complete the acquisition of one hundred percent (100%) of a set of mining claims located in the Province of Quebec, comprised of one hundred seventy-two (172) claims (the 'Property'). The agreement is subject to the regulatory approvals.Under the terms of the agreement, the acquisition price of the Property of two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000) paid by Pershimco consists in the payment in cash of a sum of ninety thousand Canadian dollars (CAD$90,000) and the issuance of one hundred eighty-five thousand (185,000) common class 'A' shares in the capital stock of Pershimco (the 'Common Shares'). Those Common Shares are subject to a mandatory holding period of four (4) month and one (1) day.
This transaction is part of the Company's strategic high potential claims acquisition in Quebec begun last year. Pershimco thus completes all of its projects acquisitions in Quebec. As of now, no significant exploration budget is attributed for those concessions. The Company also wishes to prioritarly maintain the development of its advanded project Cerro Quema while pursuing its Courville Gold exploration project with its partner.
