Arianne Resources Inc.: Departure of Lucie Hebert as CFO of the Company
Ms. Hébert, C.A. was Chief Financial Officer of the Company for the past 3 years and has decided to leave to devote herself to her private practice. On behalf of the Company and the Board I would like to thank Lucie for her years of valuable service with the Company, especially during its early period of development.
For financial records and reporting the Company continues to be well served by the accounting services of Élise Hébert-Tremblay, C.G.A. In the meantime, Mr. Luc Boivin, director of the Company, will act as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Guthrie Stewart, a recently appointed Board member, will replace Mr. Boivin as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board
