Guyana Frontier Reports Resignation of Director
VANCOUVER, Oct. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. ('Guyana Frontier', or the 'Company') reports that Mr. David Jenkins has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company for personal reasons. Guyana Frontier thanks Mr. Jenkins, a professional geologist, for his valuable contributions to the Company since 2008.
Mr. Jenkins will continue to serve as a technical advisor to the Company, and will maintain his position as Chairman of the Technical Committee formed recently between Guyana Frontier and Teck Resources Ltd.
