Titan Uranium Announces Corporate Changes
Mr. Sharan has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. Prior to joining Titan, Mr. Sharan was the Chairman of the Board of Uranium Power Corp. Mr. Sharan was a partner of the S&P Group, which specializes in investment financing for venture capital projects, real estate development and construction. Mr. Sharan is also the President of KJN Management Ltd., which provides a broad range of administrative, management and financial services. Mr. Sharan also serves as a Director and Officer for several other TSX Venture Exchange listed companies.
Bev Funston has been appointed Corporate Secretary of the company effective April 1, 2011
Ms. Funston has served as Corporate Secretary for 8 years for several other TSX Venture Exchange listed companies and brings over 25 years office administration experience, 11 years in regulatory compliance.
Kelly McShane has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective March 31, 2011.
Titan's Board of Directors wish Mr. McShane all the best in his future endeavors and thank him for his years of contributions to the company.
