Century Engages Terre Partners as Investor Relations Consultants
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/16/11 -- Century Mining Corporation ('Century' or the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: CMM) announces that the Company has engaged Terre Partners to provide investor relations and advisory services.
Terre Partners provides strategic communication and advisory services to public companies. Under the terms of the agreement, Century will pay Terre Partners a monthly fee of $7,500 for strategic communication services. The initial agreement is for 12 months commencing immediately. Terre Partners currently has no interest, directly or indirectly, in Century or its securities.
Century has also agreed to grant 100,000 stock options (the 'Stock Options') to Terre Partners to acquire up to an aggregate of 100,000 common shares of Century. The Stock Options will be exercisable at a price per common share equal to the closing price of Century's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange the day immediately preceding the date of grant, and will expire two years from the date of issue. The Stock Options will be subject to the terms of the Company's stock option plan, and will vest in accordance with the provisions therein and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Terre Partners' appointment as an investor relations consultant of Century and the granting of the Stock Options remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
