First Lithium Completes Drill Program at Mollie River

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/25/11 -- First Lithium Resources Inc. (the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: MCI) (PINK SHEETS: FLNTF) (FRANKFURT: MHN) announces the completion of their drill program at Mollie River. First Lithium returned to the property to assess the area beneath hole MR-10-10 for a wider zone of gold and associated copper mineralization. The hole was re-entered and deepened to 293 m and the 47 samples collected from this new drill core were assayed for gold, copper and nickel. Results are summarized in table form below.

Results indicate that no significant gold intercept was discovered below the narrow 1.8 g/t intercept initially documented in drill hole MR-10-10 (see news release March 2, 2011). No further work is anticipated on these 2 claims. The Company will evaluate the merits of further exploring the 3rd, non-contiguous claim which lies 2 km to the west, toward Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc.'s Chester Gold Complex.
