Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. Announces Settlement Agreement with Essar Steel Algoma Inc.
CLEVELAND, April 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cliffs Natural Resources Inc.
(Paris: CLF) today announced that it has reached a settlement agreement with Essar Steel Algoma Inc. The settlement agreement includes Essar's acceptance of the previously announced arbitration award.
