(TSX VENTURE: ECX), Formerly Lysander Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: LYM) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its name change to EastCoal Inc. has been accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V").
Effective at the opening of trading on January 31, 2011, the common shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX-V under the new name and ticker symbol "ECX".
Shareholders will be able to trade their existing shares without the need to transfer their certificates into the new name. No action is required by shareholders.
The new name reflects the Company's current vision and strategy, in accord with its focus on coal.
