IRTEC is the foremost engineering firm in the region and Mr. Sloan has an extensive knowledge of past mining in the Appalachian district as well as working for all the current major coal clients in the area. By employing the services of Mr. Sloan's organization, Thelon will dramatically speed up the exploration and development process as well as reduce the costs of the project. IRTEC is compiling the known data and continuing the permitting and mine plan. This information is being gathered simultaneously with the ongoing exploration.
