Curis Resources Ltd. announces grant of options
The options have been granted under the terms of the Company's stock option plan with an exercise price of CDN$2.70 per share (based on the closing price at the end of trading on March 17, 2011), a five year term and vesting in three equal tranches: six, twelve and 18 months after the date of grant.
