Commenting on the appointments, Frank McAllister, Stillwater's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said, 'With the market outlook for palladium being driven by good demand, constrained supply and a waning Russian palladium inventory, we stepped up our efforts to expand our palladium production potential. Internally this includes our expanded Recycling Business and announced projects at our Montana mining operations. Externally, under the leadership of Mr. Green, we have made the recent Canadian acquisitions of Marathon PGM Corp and Benton Resources Bermuda Property which expand the Company's PGM production potential and provide sought after product and geographical diversification. With his appointment as Vice President, Exploration Mr. Green will continue these efforts.'
Mr. McAllister continued, 'The addition of Mr. Wadman to our corporate staff and his appointment as Corporate Secretary, provides needed support as Stillwater takes on these new opportunities and challenges.'
