December 14, 2010  As announced by Northland Resources SA (the "Company") on
December 10, 2010, Henderson Global Investors Limited ("Henderson") has acquired
12,000,000 common shares in the Company, representing an equity interest, and
voting rights of 5.35%.  For greater clarity, the Company would like to announce
that Henderson holds voting rights representing 1.31% directly and 4.04%
indirectly.
