VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/30/10 -- East Asia Minerals Corporation (the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: EAS) wishes to announce that it has entered into stock option agreements granting the right and option to purchase 3,095,000 common shares of the Company at $5.89 per common share exercisable in whole or in part on or before five years from August 30, 2010.
