Khan Court Decision to be Appealed by Nuclear Energy Agency
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/09/10 -- Khan Resources Inc. (TSX: KRI) ('Khan' or the 'Company') announced today that the Mongolian Nuclear Energy Agency ('NEA') has chosen to appeal the decision in favour of Khan's subsidiary, Central Asian Uranium Company LLC ('CAUC'), rendered July 19, 2010 by the Mongolian Capital City Administrative Court.
