Blende Silver Corp. Private Placement 30 Day Extension
Vancouver, July 7, 2022 - Blende Silver Corp. (the "Company") (TSXV:BAG) has been granted a further 30 day extension to close a non-brokered Private Placement announced on April 26, 2022. The first tranche closed and details were outlined in a News Release on June 8, 2022. Proceeds from the private placement will be used to advance the Blende property and for general working capital.
The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities are subject to a four month hold period in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
