Lithoquest Resources Inc. Makes Option Payment on Miminiska and Keezhik Gold Projects

VANCOUVER, June 27, 2022 - Lithoquest Resources Inc. (TSX-V:LDI) (the "Company") today announced that it has completed the twelve-month option payment to Landore Resources Canada ("Landore") in connection with its Option Agreement to acquire a 100% interest in two gold projects located in northwest Ontario: the 5,494 ha Miminiska Gold Project and the 12,482 ha Keezhik Gold Project. The payment consisted of $250,000 cash and the issuance of 3,421,916 common shares at a deemed price of $0.146117 per share to Landore. About Lithoquest Resources Inc.
