Angkor Resources Corp. Engages Hybrid Financial Ltd.
GRANDE PRAIRIE, April 27, 2022 - Angkor Resources Corp. (TSXV:ANK) (OTC:ANKOF) ("Angkor" or "the Company") is pleased to announce it has retained Hybrid Financial Ltd. ("Hybrid") to provide marketing services to the Company. Hybrid has been engaged to heighten market and brand awareness for Company Name and to broaden the Company's reach within the investment community. Hybrid has agreed to comply with all applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") in providing the Services.
Hybrid has been engaged by the Company for an initial period of 6 months, starting April 25, 2022 (the "Initial Term"). It shall be renewed automatically for successive 3-month periods thereafter (the "Renewal Term"), unless terminated by the Company in accordance with the Agreement. Hybrid will be paid a monthly fee of $15,000, plus applicable taxes, during the Initial Term.
