Abcourt Mines Inc. Announces Search for New CEO
Rouyn-Noranda, Feb. 1, 2022 - Abcourt Mines Inc. (« Abcourt » or the «Corporation») (TSXV:ABI) (OTC:ABMBF) is pleased to announce it has initiated the process to identify and appoint a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to succeed to Renaud Hinse, who has previously announced his retirement, which will take effect at the end of March 2022. Mr. Hinse will continue to serve as CEO in the interim and will remain on the Board of directors of the Corporation.
It is expected that the new CEO will be appointed during the first quarter of 2022.
