Cypress Development Receives Payments from Pasinex
VANCOUVER, Dec. 09, 2019 - Cypress Development Corp. (TSX-V: CYP) (OTCQB: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z1) (“Cypress” or “the Company”) announces it has received a USD $100,000 payment from Pasinex Resources Limited (CSE: PSE) (“Pasinex”). The payment is in continuation of the 2017 Option Agreement on the Spur (formally Gunman) zinc-silver property in Nevada. In continuation of the amended agreement, the Company also received 200,000 shares of Pasinex on September 11th, 2019 (see September 12th news release).
