- Roth Capital Markets New Industrials & Technology Day on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel in New York City.
- Benchmark Company's Discovery One-on-One Conference on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the New York Athletic Club in New York City.

Investor Relations
The Company has retained the Blueshirt Group to lead its investor relations and financial communications programs pursuant to a letter agreement between the parties (the "Agreement"). Under the terms of the Agreement, compensation payable to the Blueshirt Group is set at US $11,000 per month plus reimbursement of reasonable expenses. The Agreement can be cancelled at any time by either party with 30 days written notice.
