AbraPlata Resource Corp. Closes $750,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement
In connection with this final tranche of the Private Placement, the Company issued 4,616,000 Units. When combined with the earlier tranche of the Private Placement announced April 8, 2019, the Company has issued a total of 15,000,000 Units for gross proceeds of $750,000.00. All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement are subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.
The Company has paid finders' cash commissions of $2,400.00 to certain parties who assisted the Company by introducing subscribers to the final tranche of the Private Placement.
The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for general working capital purposes and the Company's Diabilillos property.
