VANCOUVER, Feb. 14, 2019 - Trifecta Gold Ltd. (TSX-V: TG) (“Trifecta”) announces that it has agreed to issue 200,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.06 per share in settlement of a trade payable in the amount of $12,000, subject to regulatory acceptance.
