Timberline Announces Shareholder Approval of 2018 Options Incentive Plan

(OTCQB: TLRS; TSX-V: TBR) ("Timberline" or the "Company") today announced results of its 2018 Special Meeting of Stockholders, held on December 1, 2018 in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Proxies were solicited under the proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 22, 2018. The Company received overwhelming approval for all proposals submitted to stockholders as follows:

The Company's 2018 Stock and Incentive Plan which is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, allows that the aggregate number of shares that may be issued under all awards under the Plan shall equal 8,000,000 Shares, of which no greater than 7,000,000 Shares may be issued pursuant to the exercise of Options.
