Argex Titanium Extends Term of Warrants Issued in 2017

MONTREAL, Québec (FSCwire) - Argex Titanium Inc. (TSX: RGX) (“Argex”) announces that it has extended by one year the expiry date of common share purchase warrants which it issued by way of private placement in 2017.  Specifically, the expiry date of 7,198,300 warrants issued by Argex on February 27, 2017 at a first closing of a private placement has been extended by one year to August 27, 2019 and the expiry date of 982,259 warrants issued by Argex on March 16, 2017 at a second closing of the private placement has been extended by one year to September 16, 2019.  The original expiry date of the warrants was 18 months from the date of issuance.  All other terms and conditions of the warrants, including the exercise price of $0.12, remain the same.

The extension of the term of the warrants has been approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange. None of the warrants are held by Argex’s “insiders”, within the meaning of the TSX Company Manual.
