(the "Company" or "Everton") (TSX-V: EVR) regrets to announce the resignation of Mr. Salvador Brouwer as a member of its Board of Directors and as Country Manager and legal representative of Everton Minera Dominicana, S.R.L., effective April 20, 2018. Mr. Brouwer will stay on as a special advisor and consultant for mining affairs in the Dominican Republic.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Brouwer for his contribution through the years as a Director and wishes him well in all his future endeavors.
