Ethos Gold Corp. Announces Extension of Share Purchase Warrants

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ethos Gold Corp. (“Ethos” or the “Company”) (TSXV:ECC) announces that the Company intends to extend the exercise period of a total of 3,876,470 outstanding share purchase warrants, all of which are exercisable at $0.30 per share (collectively, the "Warrants"). The Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement completed on May 12, 2016. The new expiration date of the Warrants is November 12, 2019. The exercise price of the Warrants will remain unchanged. The Warrant extension is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
