Lorraine Copper Enters Into Investor Relations Agreement
Vancouver, December 5, 2017 - Lorraine Copper Corp.. ("Lorraine" or the "Company") (LLC.TSX-V) has engaged Mr. Andy Hay to provide corporate communications and capital markets advisory services effective December 5, 2017. Mr. Hay has been engaged on a month-by-month basis at a monthly fee of $4,000 and will be granted a stock option to purchase up to 300,000 common shares of Northisle for a period of five years at a price of $0.11 per share. The options will vest over twelve months in accordance with the Company's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The agreement with Mr. Hay is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
