TORONTO, Sept. 28, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GobiMin Inc. (TSXV:GMN) (the “Company” or “GobiMin”) is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for its change of business from a “mining issuer” to an “investment issuer”.
The Company has terminated its normal course issuer bid for the period from February 12, 2017 to February 11, 2018.
