LOS ANGELES, August 23, 2017 - Discovery Minerals Ltd. (OTC PINK: DSCR) has assembled and delivered all relevant documents to the Company CPA for processing of the delinquent financial statements for future posting on OTC Markets.Discovery Minerals Ltd. has signed an LOI on silver, lead and zinc mining property in Ontario, Canada. The Company will review the voluminous data from previous production and diamond drilling with close attention being paid to the silver content in the residual tailings dump on site of approximately 200,000 tons.
Discovery Minerals Ltd. is continuing to negotiate on several other mining projects including a substantial gold property located overseas.
